Chamber Business Person of Year Nomination Form

Nominations will be screened and ranked by a Chamber committee. Following this ranking a winner will be selected by the Canada – Southern Africa Chamber of Business. The deadline for nominations is July 28, 2014. The winner of the 9th Annual Award will be announced at the Chamber’s Annual Dinner Indaba

on September 10, 2014 in Toronto.

In addition, in the joint name of Hatch and the Chamber, an annual contribution will be made in the amount of $2,500 to the University of Cape Town Foundation for a student scholarship.
