July 8, 2014 - It has been twenty years since South Africa's first democratic elections saw Nelson Mandela elected as President. That landmark event also marked the founding of the Canada-South Africa Chamber of Business in Toronto by Stephen Pincus of Goodmans LLP and other like-minded people. Since then the Chamber has expanded its geographic focus to cover all of Southern Africa (and modified its name from South to Southern), given the interest across the region by its diverse membership base. Today the Chamber has grown to become the premier African business focussed organization in Canada. Check out our Events page for our exciting schedule of 2015 activities (seminars, golf, gala dinner, meetings, etc) in which you can join to help us to help promote trade and investment between Canada and South and Southern Africa.
