The Chamber held the thirteenth version of its highly regarded Risk Mitigation & CSR seminar series with Premier Founding Sponsor Hatch in Toronto on September 9, 2014.
The full-day seminar provided participants with an opportunity to learn how to moderate their risk in all mining jurisdictions around the world - from Canada to South Africa to Peru, through the implementation of effective CSR programs.
In addition to our Premier Founding Sponsor Hatch we were also pleased to have Goodmans LLP, MineAfrica, On the Ground Group (organizers of mineLatinAmerica) and the Peruvian-Canadian Chamber of Commerce as partners.
A big thank you to our seminar co-chairs Tessa Mackay of Hatch and Martin Jones of the Banro Foundation.
The fourteenth edition in the series takes place in London, UK on October 31, 2014. To see the current program and register details click here. If you have any colleagues or clients in London who you think would benefit from attending this seminar please pass this link on to them.
